It will cover a total of 730 thousand square meters (2.4 million square feet) and the man-made lakes will cover 116 thousand square metres (381 thousand square feet).

Jumeirah Lake Towers is located between Interchange 5 and 6 on Sheikh Zayed Road right opposite from the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah Islands. The banks of the lakes will feature 79 unique residential, commercial, and retail towers grouped in 3s to form the 23 clusters of Jumeirah Lake Towers. The Dubai Metals and Commodities Center (DMCC) will occupy the middle of the Jumeirah Lake Towers lake, which contain a 55-storey central hotel tower. Dubai Sports City if the world's first purpose built sports city. Set on 50 million square feet of land within the Dubailand development, Dubai Sports City will feature four magnificent stadiums. It will also be the venue for an 18- hole championship course named The Dunes which will be the centerpiece of a luxury golf residential community called Victory Heights.

Dubai Sports City will host the Manchester United Soccer School facility, the International Cricket Council's own Global Cricket Academy, a David Lloyd Tennis Academy and Butch Harmon School of Golf.

In addition to the sporting facilities, Dubai Sports City will boast a wealth of residential and commercial developments, including International schools, medical facilities, hotels and a country club. The primary shopping destination will be a sports-themed retail mall with a leasing capacity of 1.2 million square feet. The residential areas of Dubai Sports City will include the Victory Heights Luxury Estates, Clubhouse Residential Towers, and the Hub Residential Area. The Victory Heights Luxury Estates will be a residential golf community that will contain independant luxury villas around teh 18-hole championship golf course. High-rise buildings with spectacular views of the surrounding golf course and stadiums will be found in the Clubhouse Residential Towers. The Hub Residential Area will feature mid-rise housing complexes and townhouses set along the banks of a canal.
